I am J. Brian Allen. People just call me Brian, and you can as well.

I was born and raised in Northeast Texas. I know you because I am one of you. And like you, I have not been one of the most privileged people in my life. I understand what it is like to be stuck between a rock and a hard place. You need some way to escape. You need peace of mind. You just need a little bit of comfort. You need it from someone that understands and is not judgmental and it needs to come from someone that is not going to allow others to be judgmental. Plain simply, that is me. That is who I am. That is where I come from. And, that is just the way it is going to be.

I also want you to understand that you are not alone. Not only are you
not alone because I am willing to be there with you, but also because
you are not the only one in this position. When you see all that bad
economic news it is easy to think they are talking statistics. Too
often they are talking about you. You are not a statistic to me, and I
will prove it to you.

You are also not alone. Whether they have told you about it or not, I can almost guarantee you that someone you know has filed.

I have personally worked with thousands of people since 1996 in either
considering or in filing bankruptcy. I am more than willing to meet
with you - FREE OF CHARGE. NO MONEY. NO OBLIGATION. NO PRESSURE.

Here is what you need to know about me -

I graduated with a doctorate in law from Oklahoma City University in May 1993.

I have helped hundreds of people file bankruptcy since the new law was enacted by George W. Bush and Congress on OCTOBER 17, 2005

I have limited my law practice to exclusively representing debtors like you in U. S. Bankruptcy Courts since January 3, 2003.

I am a debt relief agency. I help people file for bankruptcy under the bankruptcy code.

I am licensed to practice law in the following federal and state courts: U.S. District Courts and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for
the Eastern District of Texas (located in Beaumont, Plano and Tyler), U.S. District Courts and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern
District of Texas (Bankruptcy courts located in Dallas, Fort Worth, Lubbock and Amarillo), and Oklahoma State courts. I am not licensed to practice law in the state courts of Texas.

College graduates overwhelmed by private student loans could see bankruptcy relief if proposed legislation makes its way through Capitol Hill. Supporters of the Private Student Loan Bankruptcy Fairness Act of 2010 argue that private borrowers lack important consumer protections that come with federal loans — such as deferment plans and income-based repayment options. Under […]
